The purpose of this role is to lead and contribute to projects that improve performance, reduce cost and drive continuous improvement in order to meet customer demands and supply chain requirements. Your ‘day to day’ Your focus in this role will be around project management, process management and supplier relationship management. You will lead and execute projects to generate supply chain improvements to increase customer service levels whilst reducing lead times, cost and inventory. Providing timely, relevant and accurate information to enable effective decision making at all times as well as assisting in the definition of and performance targets of project scope, objectives and budget. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the existing supply chain processes to identify areas that need optimisation, collaborating to supply chain procedures and policy and interpreting analytical performance data to determine supply chain KPIs. Partnering with the Logistics Service Providers (LSP's) and drive improvements for E-Commerce, you will develop a collaborative relationship with them, reporting exceptions, working to assess LSP performance, scorecards and preparing for QBR meetings. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who has a logical and systematic approach to work with the ability to solve problems and make decisions as well as to think strategically and laterally. Ideally you must be from the FMCG industry with a background in Supply Chain in E-Commerce, Planning or Projects. You'll be excited about solving problems, with a real focus on what is best for our consumers, and have some experience across quality control and manufacturing processes to help you make the right calls.
