Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free future, your work could change the lives of a billion smokers. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC). You will be based in Hong Kong as part of the global Corporate Quality organization. As Manager Post Market Quality Management, you will oversee and coordinate effective E2E Post-Market Quality Surveillance activities according to PMI requirements for all product categories. You will as well lead product-related crisis management processes and collaborate closely with local Market and Operations Center (OC) Management to execute and resolve such cases. You will govern the overarching process for customer complaints handling and management of nonconforming commercial products beyond PMI control to drive consumer satisfaction and safety. More specifically, you'll • Lead definition & maintenance of Product Related Special Situations (PRSS) process in-line with internal needs & external requirements • Handles PRSS cases with the support of trained local and central contributors • Ensure PRSS process is properly deployed & well understood across organization through appropriate awareness & training modules • Convey PRSSM findings towards continuous product improvement in the frame of Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities • Develops and maintains PRSS case management tools using PMI's infrastructures and IT resources • Support global business owner of the overarching Complaint Management process & work with Consumer Care, Product Development, Safety Surveillance and Product Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless E2E process. • Continuously improve the Complaint Management process through cross-functional interactions and effective coordination with key partners Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, specialization in Quality Management a plus • 5-10 years working experience in Quality and Engineering field • Experience in a GxP environment in the pharmaceutical, high volume electronics or consumer goods industry • Knowledge & experience in electronics standards, Med Devices is an advantage (i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR, …) • Sound expertise with international Quality standards and their core processes. Proficient knowledge in the ISO 1000x series of standards is an advantage. • Good knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure environment and tools • Highly collaborative, integrator, strong communicator and influencer holding very good business awareness • Creativity and fact based analytical skills. • Technical writing skills, ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner • Good problem analysis and problem solving with quality tools • Able to work in a multifaceted organization and fast-paced environment • Proficient in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
