We are looking for seasoned recruiters specializing in executive-level recruitment who will take part in strategic hiring initiatives for various Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliates in Asia. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Delivery Head Asia, you engage with regional and global leaders in PMI, requiring excellent stakeholder and project management. While handling a diversified portfolio of searches, you will champion an end-to-end recruitment process and deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for • Proactively conduct talent mapping and networking to identify talent in Asia and build a robust database of middle and senior-level candidates • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring recruitment activities are efficient and timely, meeting, and exceeding service levels • Act as an internal consultant to key stakeholders giving strategic recruitment insights that support the businesses • Be a brand ambassador by delivering an authentic Employer Branding or EVP experience during the first contact, maintain open and clear communication with candidates, and manage the relationship through to onboarding What you need to have • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a related field, Master’s degree is an advantage • Minimum 10 years working experience for a sizable or multi-national company in an in-house role • Experience in talent acquisition delivery in Asia region, particularly for Japan & Korea markets; global scope is a definite advantage • Have a sharp eye for talented people and understand people's needs from the business and organization context; a genuine interest in people and business • Good planning and strong implementation or tactical TA skills • Good knowledge of various selection methods and techniques • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards • Excellent communications skill; able to communicate and engage different stakeholders both internal and external or across all levels of the organization • A team player who is collaborative and works well with people • Results-driven, independent, proactive, creative, and resourceful • Ability to speak & understand Japanese, Korean and any other Asian language is definitely an advantage Work Location and Schedule Not limited to Philippines, can be based elsewhere depending on the skill set you bring to the table Generally Mondays to Fridays #LIjobs
