We are looking for a Strategy & Performance Delivery Analyst in Product Portfolio Management and Deployment [PPMD] organization who will work in İzmir and be responsible for EEMA, DF and EU regions. This role will be a member of global “Strategy & Performance Delivery” team and lead performance and financial management ecosystem of worldwide PPMD organization from Izmir. This will enable you to grasp all the key drivers of success of PPMD. From strategy development to being the single point of contact for project portfolio management and performance delivery in mentioned regions, you will contribute to strategy cascading, deployment of project based organization (PBO) principles in your region, including project intake and project portfolio health checks. Identifying and leading process improvement projects to implement innovative solutions, designing data tools to examine business data to develop business plans to achieve long term goals, and acting as a change agent to implement new ways of working are other aspects of the job. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Maintain in-depth knowledge PPMD organization structure, workflow, strategy and resources as well as PMI operations and functions •Take part in PPMD strategy deployment, own global performance management process as Global Performance Management lead by conducting annual KPI design and implementation, participating in cross functional initiatives and ensure monthly reporting •Lead coordination of global financial activities of PPMD with a supporting team •Act as single point of contact of Strategy & Performance Delivery worldwide organization in the region •Work as a change agent to apply principles of project-based organization and implement new processes in the region •Come up with innovative solutions and run projects to ensure regional integration with PPMD central team and to increase efficiency gains •Work with multiple systems and sources of data and perform integrated analyses and visualization for optimal decision making •Conduct workshops and trainings This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Hold a university degree preferably in engineering, business, economics, finance, or a related field of study •Have 2-5 years of experience in Strategical Planning, Business Development, Finance or related business area •Have excellent analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail •Have strong investigative, critical thinking skills with ability to connect the dots •Have experience in Project Management •Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to engage, challenge and influence employees at all levels in the organization. •Are a remarkable team player building effective relationships in a diverse working environment and demonstrating constructive communication behaviors •Demonstrate agility and entrepreneurial spirit, initiate action and lead others to follow •Embrace change and motivated by uncertainty •Have strong understanding of strategical / operational / financial literacy and are digital savvy •Strong computer skills to work with various types of software, to create reports, find and examine data and financial information. Programming knowledge is preferable. Due to COVID-19, this role will start as a remote position, but it will transfer to our HQ either partially or fully, after we start to work from the office again.
