Purpose of the Position: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor and partner providing consultative services, analytic support and technical services to address the PMJ’s complex operational and strategic recruitment, selection and staffing issues. Central to this work is partnering with stakeholders to gain a strong understanding of the talent needs of PMJ. The Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for developing, driving and executing comprehensive strategies that attract and recruit critical talent. The position facilitates involvement and participation by stakeholders in the planning and delivery of recruiting programs, and actively participates in employment initiatives. Principal Accountabilities 1) Manage the end to end recruitment process: - Develop effective working relationships with the business, HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence, be responsible for building strong partnerships to establish credibility for TA function. - Execute full life cycle searches to include developing the search strategy, sourcing, prescreening and assessing and interviewing candidates to develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to the hiring team. - Develop proactive pipelines of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates. - Develop and implement creative ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and deliver outcomes focused on continuous improvement. - Work with management to understand current and future workforce needs and develop improvements to processes that include strategic sourcing, pipeline development, assessment and selection. - Implement communications strategies for updating key stakeholders on recruiting progress towards goals and objectives and actively measure the satisfaction level of all stakeholders with process/performance - Stay current with regards to organizational changes (acquisitions, reorganizations, new product offerings) as well as industry and technology trends that may impact hiring strategies and need 2) Projects: - Process Lead of global TA process improvements and cascading it to the market - Lead the employer branding initiatives - Lead or participate one global/regional project per annum as a Japan representative in cooperation with global team - Manage media agencies and media buying allocation - Provide analytics data (google) for recruiting website to monitor branding activity - Update recruiting site to keep PMI message consistent across all channels Requirements: - At least 6+ years of recruitment experience with employer branding experience - Understanding of organization to collaborate cross functionally - Excellent stakeholder management - Strong communication skills in English and Japanese, both spoken and written - Self-driven, motivated, consumer-centric - Able to work in a fast pace environment - Must be an ultimate team player - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment
