SUMMARY The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a digital communications strategy to raise awareness of our vision for a smoke-free society and educate our target audiences about our vision and category through digital tactics. The individual should have a proven track record of building digital marketing or digital communications strategy and should possess strong project management and digital skills. ACCOUNTABILITY - Build and implement a digital communications strategy and comprehensive digital functionalities across the organisation to gain digital insight and provide targeted communication of our smoke-free vision, product category and science information. - Revamp and develop digital communications channels (corporate website, social platforms) and develop content across all Communications-led digital channels. - Create and lead digital communications campaigns working collaboratively with the Communications and commercial functions across PMI and PMJ. - Monitor and report on analytics, trends and the effectiveness of the digital communications strategy and campaigns - Determine and manage Digital Communications budget Work Experience - Proven high-level experience in digital communications strategy, up-to-date knowledge of digital disciplines and best practices, including search engine optimization, content marketing, behavior data driven marketing, PR & digital media and user experience, ability to think strategically at the highest levels, developing solid plans and strategies to be able to fulfil the organisation’s broader goals. - Strong understanding of all aspects of digital media. - Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with experience in managing digital strategies with commercial outcomes.
