The Salesforce Business Analyst is a key functional technology partner supporting the Digital Trade Engagement team. This position will play a key role in assessing, designing, deploying, and supporting new business processes within CRM and new Sales/Support and business enhancement functionalities on the Salesforce (SFDC) platform. Help bring the power of digital technology and helps transform how we engage with our users. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Serve as the subject matter expert for our highly customized platform while driving the planning, prioritization, design, and deployment of new Salesforce projects & system enhancements and act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders. Ensure all the content/deployment is AODA compliant; coordinate with the external vendors to perform the AODA checks if needed. • Lead the B2B, B2C and global DTE stakeholders partnership to shape Connect with RBH requirements and ensure alignment with business/ technology strategy and planned initiatives including but not limited to Loyalty, Service Cloud, and other CRM Functionality • Responsible for understanding business requirements and partnering with the Development team and third-party vendors to deliver a solution and a plan; work closely with the B2B developer to deliver the new requirements and ensure the alignment with business needs. Work closely with the development team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end-user acceptance sign-off. • Create and manage custom fields / objects, record types, validation rules and Lightning page layouts, complex workflow and third-party integrations; responsible for creation of the complex Marketing Cloud Journeys to support automation. Utilize process automation tools like Salesforce Flow & Process Builder. • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards; partner with the global Einstein team for the development and deployment of the member-facing leaderboards and performance dashboards. Work with the commercial intelligence team to provide support for Power BI integration, own and lead the salesforce reporting tool for all DTE related reports and KPI's. • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users; Consult with internal stakeholders to elicit business requirements, develop technical approaches and make appropriate recommendations to impact operational efficiencies. • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and management of the B2B engagement platform; Lead, mentor, provide guidance and support to the Front-End Developer and Marketing Cloud Specialist contracts - Manage their day-to-day operations and assign tasks/work to achieve project deployment plans for all DTE related projects YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF • You hold a Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certificate is preferred • 3-5 years of Salesforce implementation and administration experience including 1-2 years of experience leading advanced technical implementations in Salesforce Lightning. • Extensive experience in Salesforce process automation tools such as Salesforce Flow & Process Builder • Experience using SFDC data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, workbench) • Project management skills that enable you to gather requirements, prioritize, execute, and manage stakeholders WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
