You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ • Line Daily Direction setting Participates on setting the 24 hours direction for the RRP line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and is actively involved in the execution of the daily plan. • People management, people development and communication. Effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve the business results. Perform regular coaching to develop capabilities of the team on the daily management systems. • Responsible to ensure maintenance task lists are in place and leads the maintenance activities in the assigned team to ensure stability, predictability and reliability of operations. • Responsible to define targets and monitor the result of quality indicators as well as leads the follow up actions to deliver high quality product. • Reporting Follows up and initiates timely corrective/preventive actions to guarantee needed transactional and performance data records in all relevant systems and data based is precise and correct. • Define priorities and continuously improves technical and system aspects of the business. Propose and execute the agreed strategies by building execution plans, trainings and people development plans, empowering team members in the spirit of zero loss mindset • Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices. Review safety incident investigations to ensure the corrective actions are in place. Who we’re looking for • Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) • Overall Experience: 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Specific Experience: +2 years on a people manager position • PC literal (Word, Excel, Ppt) • Fluency in English (verbal & written) • Problem Solving Skills What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
