YOUR TASKS/PROJECTS: • Direct retail expansion support: support Direct Retail Supervisor in development of new retail outlets openings, working with third party suppliers and internal PMI departments, ensuring timely and effective execution of agreed IQOS direct retail plan. • Plan projects’ budgets and monitor costs during the project execution to assure compliance with overall assigned budget for the direct retail development plans. • Design and installation support: working with our main headquarter and external design agencies on design development. Supervising the installation to ensure new direct points are delivered up to agreed quality standards • Promotions, campaigns calendar & coordination: handling of stores operator communication during new/updated product launches, promotions and other activations to ensure timely and planned launch of activation in direct retail. Responsible for briefs through internal retail communication platform. • Performance KP tracking: monitor regular sales points reporting using the reports to assess their performance • Existing direct retail outlets maintenance: responsible for maintenance requests at premises, deliver assets’ inventory stock management, capitalization process implementation. If the answer is yes, we hope that You: • have a approx. 2 years of experience in managing projects (in retail area - nice to have) • are clear and constructive communicator who likes to work in a team • are organized & possess perfect planning, • have resource management skills, • are tolerant to fast pace environment, multitasking & daily operational issue resolutions, • have active driving license, • fluently speaks Latvian & English.
