Your ‘day to day’ Develop and deliver an internal marketing/content strategy to drive and maintain high levels of engagement across all levels of the organization. Work with internal stakeholders to explore different internal communication channels to execute the people engagement strategy effectively. Develop quantitative and qualitative metrics to effectively measure engagement levels. Who we’re looking for someone who: • Build a narrative in the organization where people can voice their opinions through different channels. Explore mediums to measure levels of engagements and design action plans in close coordination with all the key stakeholders. Explore and identify popular online and offline communication channels/platforms to reach levels across the organization. • Develop and implement a change management strategy which can help the organization through the transformation journey whilst maintaining strong levels of engagement. • Build & develop a tailor made "fit for all" engagement execution plan while keeping in mind the different range of personas in the organization. • Devise action plans for people engagement initiatives which are data driven with defined measuring parameters in close coordination with COE team. • Develop and be accountable for robust metrics to measure engagement initiatives. This includes reporting on campaign successes and suggesting improvements for future projects. • Create and publish engaging content through internal channels, in alignment with PMI communications guidelines and monitor and report the progress of people engagement initiatives Requirements: • Previous or current experience in HR roles as HRBP, Organizational development or HR center of expertise. • At least 4 years of experience leading internal communications, people engagement strategies or change management roles. • Experience with FMCG industry or related companies leaving transformation processes • Advanced English level is required. • Consumer centricity • A passion for driving change through people and culture • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supplemented by storytelling ability • The ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels to participate in initiative • Exceptional organization and time management skills, coupled with a creative and out-of-the-box attitude What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
