WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s – ideally in an IT related field • Proven ability in building, launching and growing products • Experience working with SAP Retail and CAR, SAP Commerce, Order Management system and business acumen in B2C processes • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external business partners • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Relentless individual in the pursuit of excellence in delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business design team, users and customers • Great teammate with an ability to lead through influence • Knowledge of PSP (Payment Service Provider), LSP process (Logistic Service Provider) and finance processes would be considered as an asset • Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) as a plus WHAT WE OFFER? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Be aware of all demands linked to your respective delivery scope or program • Lead the successful end-to-end implementation of all vital features which are in the scope of a global Omnichannel Commerce program • Mobilize and coordinate various cross-functional agile teams, from development, configuration to release teams • Ensure that the involved in technical design, development, testing and release management, are delivering what the internal business partners expect until the features are successfully live • Be the go-to person when it comes to functional and technical roadmap of your domain, IT team and business partners for the delivery status of a global program • Coordinate, mobilize and synchronize all product teams and product backlogs to ensure the accurate delivery of the program • Serve as the subject matter authority within the organization and as the primary point of contact for the delivery of a certain scope • Be the ‘glue’ that brings business partners, cross-functional IT teams, markets and suppliers’ teams together • Coordinate and plan, but also understand in detail what is being asked, what is being built and how, all the dependencies between products • Make sure that all teams will timely deliver all agreed functional and non-functional requirements, cost and quality • Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
