We are currently looking for a Capability Development – Senior Manager for our teams in London, UK. You will: Drive outstanding learning strategies and innovation for our most strategic, global & business critical capability build priorities & programmes. For one or more critical capability areas: Translate business needs into capability plans/curricula and liaise with internal teams and external partners (learning providers, faculty, scientists…) to effectively address them (build/buy). Own global, cross-functional learning & development curricula; being accountable for strategy, impact, innovation & ongoing improvement. Champion, explore and promote learning science and methods that improve learner engagement, transfer, and impact across PMI globally. Set standards for learner-centric learning design, linking the various levers for development to enable our people to perform at their best. Guide and serve as first escalation point for learning designers; working seamlessly across the global learning team to ensure alignment and integration. Define and set the standards for learning innovation & capability build across the enterprise (philosophy, principles, practices & process). Advise & provide consultancy on learning practices, approaches and methods across the PMI learning community of practice and as part of strategic projects. Drive continuous improvement and influence towards a culture of learning at PMI which encourages and promotes learning. Work closely with the Learner Engagement & Insights Lead, P&C Analytics and Global Learning Delivery teams, to define, review and adjust meaningful learning analytics. Who we’re looking for: • Proven relevant experience, either in business and/or consultancy • Strong credibility, experience and proven track record in modern capability and proficiency development, instructional design and learning deployment and activation in a global / matrixed context • Strong conceptual understanding; forward thinking and ability to define and implement future-proof learning strategies, ideas, concepts and methodologies. • Strong analytical skills; leveraging data and insights for better design, impact and RoI • Excellent communication, mentor and influencing skills; experience in advisory/consulting advantageous • Working collaboratively, building alliances and partnerships with ease & being politically savvy What we offer We genuinely care about our people and we show this through living out our Employee Brand each and every day.
