Key role responsibilities: • Ownership of most digital assets and the paid media channels through all consumer life stages, but with increased focus on generating MQLs and SQLs. • Help build and maintain a brand, voice and tone, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints, • Actively Engage & Influence Key internal Stakeholders across the organization, to ensure the delivery of innovative, impactful and successful digital media partnerships/campaigns and initiatives. • Collaborate with a pool of external partners including Media Agencies to manage Governance & key Media Strategy Deliverables. Define external FTE requirements, monitor and audit their performance. • Support and facilitate close communication and alignment with the PMI regional hubs and build media strategies/plans aligned with market goals and aspirations by recommending relevant media partnership opportunities. • Keep current on the latest trends in the paid search, display, ad technology, and social media marketing channels. • Manage direct reports providing leadership and guidance on key strategic initiatives, priorities, performance reviews, feedback loops and other relevant streams. We’re looking for someone with: • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field required. • Relative Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in consumer-focused industries or other related multinational environments, with proven successful records. • Previous experience in the entire digital process from campaign briefing, planning, • implementation, management & optimization and reporting. • Expertise in digital paid media advertising, with understanding of digital media planning and buying. • In-depth understanding of how to map a customer journey in digital media and communication channels. • Demonstration of established network in media partnerships. • Project management, ability to lead projects with multiple partners, sophisticated inputs and time sensitive time limits. • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration. • Excellent Romanian & English communication skills (both written and spoken).
