The Knowledge Management Content Specialist acts as a first line key contact point for customers approaching P&C Ops team on P&C knowledge content related queries. Coordinates content publication requests coming from affiliates in Asian regions and ensures timely delivery of content publication. Ensures content adheres to PMI content writing guidelines and aligns to ways of working and process governance maps. Supports local knowledge authors with any queries and handling of non-standard requests. Monitors and drives Content Platform (Salesforce) usage. Coordinates with IT departments when necessary and approves and monitors user access requests generated as part of business-as-usual activities. Your ‘day to day’ • Coordinates and takes end to end responsibility for content publication requests coming from Asian markets to ensure timely delivery of local content publication. • Owns the end-to-end responsibility of locally created content publication requests coming from P&C Central Functions to ensure timely delivery of content publication. • Takes responsibility for communication to market affiliates regarding new versions of local documents. • Follow’s up and coordinate updates and translations of local versions of global documents. (Where applicable) • Prepares high quality content insights from Salesforce reporting dashboards. • Help SCE teams with accurate communication preparation by providing on quarterly basis information on all HR Guidelines changes and updates. • Drives close cooperation with Communication Team during yearly cycles (MAP / Merit) to ensure that employees are receiving relevant documents in communication threads. • Ensure proper access is granted to the Content Platform by reviewing and approving access requests in IMDL. • Logs and owns any associated content defects and system change requests with our IT department. (Including the testing and approval of requested changes). • Ensures local market knowledge authors are following correct content creation and writing guidelines, to ensure employee knowledge is created and maintained according to MyPMI Portal guidelines. Qualifications • Excellent facilitation, program/activity management, and written and oral communication skills (strong level of English is desired). • Previous experience of Salesforce is desired. • Well organised with the ability to prioritise within a fast-paced environment. • Strong content writing skills and a high-level attention to detail. • Strong customer focus and passionate about improving the customer experience. • Ability to interface with reporting data and confident in creating a strong narrative from the data. • Ability to solve problems in constantly changing environment by choosing effective approaches. • Comfortable challenging status quo and making decisions at high speed in order to add value to business and employee experience.
