You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your ‘day to day’ as the Manager D2C Technology Integration & Reporting Technical Logistics Systems (D2C-B2B2C-B2B): • Work closely with vendor partners and identify new emerging Logistics technology trends in SAP / Logistics eco-systems, evaluate their fit / benefit for PMI Logistics system landscape • Govern Logistics technology requirements and integration processes with logistics vendors in collaboration with internal partners (Market Logistics teams, OC SCM, Digital) • New technologies project management related to omnichannel (new services), IQOS new product introductions, and changes impacting PMI’s LSP vendors • Improve on existing technology to support LSP operations, examples: DCE 2.0, IPOSO, TS Web, etc. • Drive the D2C Logistics technology roadmap, ensuring internal alignment, prioritization, and future D2C logistics needs are met • Govern the technology development process with LSP vendors in accordance with market/OC change requirements (CR’s). • Collaborate and Support D2C LSP team responsible for LSP System Governance program, including solution design. • Act as business partner for entrepreneurs (eCommerce, brand retail, mobile salesforce) in the design and roll-out of logistics related processes • Deploy B2B/B2C logistics integration (DCE2, Cloud Craze, OMS) with LSP in line with program deployment plan Reporting: • Owner of D2C logistics data on performance management, including: storage (BI), data quality, reporting, tool training, and future improvements. • Define D2C Logistics strategy: future tools, vision for collecting / storing data, technology to proactivity identify challenges (e.g push critical updates). • Lead for data driven analysis, supporting D2C LSP projects and D2C LSP team in data modeling and analytics to drive business decisions for global LSP programs • Create a logistics (warehouse, transportation) cost tracking solutions NPI: • Organize and lead D2C Logistics new product readiness and support programs • Responsible for D2C logistics readiness, including parcel freight compliance, eCom packaging, collection of required D2C LSP master data information (e.g product weights and dimensions), and product return / inspection requirements. • Drive innovation within the D2C NPI logistics processes working between Global supply chain and market logistics teams to improve successful NPI's, driving down cost, and increasing service levels. • Close collaboration with in Market D2C Logistics operations teams, OC Packaging Design, OC Product Care, and OC SCM teams ensure readiness for launch. • Within D2C Logistics scope ensure readiness by evaluating risks, and plan and implement contingencies to mitigate. • Perform D2C Logistics ad-hoc costing analysis for internal customers. • Improve tools and processes to more efficiently and securely manage D2C logistics processes for new product launches • Ensure technical system new product readiness with D2C LSP's Who we’re looking for: • MS/BS in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or equivalent (Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in Operations or Engineering a plus) • + 10 years’ experience working on Logistics systems, including SAP, order management systems and/or TMS solutions • +10 years of proven experience in Project Management of Logistics Cross-Functional projects • + 5 years’ experience leading Logistics NPI programs • + 3 years of qualitative/quantitative data analysis related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation Logistics or Inventory Management • 2+ years in working with analysis tools (Excel) and data visualization and tools, e.g. Tableau, power BI, etc. • Broad SAP experience, logistics technical solution design and good understanding of logistics industry system trends • Ability to maintain patience and a positive demeanor in an exciting, dynamic, fast-paced environment What we offer: • Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
