RISE TO THE CHALLENGE We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Talent Management specialist to be part of the People & Culture (P&C) team. This is a pivotal role to support and lead the development and management of Performance, Talent Review, Learning & Leadership programmes. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate across the local, regional, global stakeholders and management team to deliver Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Corporate Sustainability initiatives. Your “day to day” • Support the design, development and management of the 'Employability for Life' learning roadmaps and programme deliveries including: o Enhancements to improve learning, engagement and retention; o Engaging with PMI Talent and Learning Community to understand best practices and latest capability toolkits for local initiatives, collaborating with P&C Business Partners and Line Managers to evaluate employee development needs and identifying planned solutions around, skill gap analysis, blended learning design and development planning. • Manage the Learning Management System (FUSE) Malaysia community website learning resources and recommend differentiated and impactful learning experiences to increase FUSE engagement and employee ownership. Additionally, to monitor training budget to ensure optimized effectiveness of expenditure and return on investment. • Manage the operations and deployment of the MyPerformance processes, change management and employee capability building and feedback activities. • Support the implementation of Talent Review cycle and talent development to ensure a sustainable & diverse local talent pipeline including tracking and monitoring the actions from succession and development plans are acted upon. • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance on contract-management and payments, and ensuring to meet PMI requirements and standards. What we're looking for • At least 5 years of progressive working experience in human resources, with focus on Learning & Talent Development. • Proven passion for people development with expertise in developing and delivering materials and programs; experience in organization analysis is an added advantage. • Internal consulting and listening skills, and able to effectively balance operational execution with strategic perspectives. • Experience in driving change initiatives in complex situations. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and draw conclusions and provide insight and recommendations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills supplemented by storytelling ability. • Demonstrates authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to the company’s vision. • A graduate degree in business administration, communications, human resources or relevant field. Any specialized course or certifications in the field of Learning & Development is an advantage.
