If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! We are currently looking for a Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile Manager in London, UK. Specific responsibilities include: Coaching/Consulting: • Contributing in translating OGSM’s into initiative(s) that follow our global project journey and that can be acted on by teams leveraging on PBO Personas approach • Contributing actively towards the institutionalization of corporate Lean Enterprise framework across the company by crafting and delivering on-demand Design Thinking and Lean Startup workshops to functions and markets • Acting as Design Thinking and Lean Startup specialist to local, regional, or global (innovation) initiatives, facilitating and guiding the application of Lean Enterprise principles and tools across project teams and governance bodies (Head of, MT) • Identifying and providing on-demand solutions and services facilitating the application of corporate Lean Enterprise framework in functions and markets (e.g. in the design and execution of experiments, and the sharing of findings) • Establishing long-standing collaboration with all consumer-focused functions resulting in tangible outcomes and business added-value by identifying and influencing key partners (leadership and middle-management), selecting appropriate profiles for training and development, and sourcing internal transformation projects • Accelerating deployment of Project-Based Organization (PBO) in consumer-facing functions by demonstrating quick wins and value through strategic experimentations and interventions • Co-designing Consumer-Centric Organization (CCO) framework and deploying related archetypes into markets in collaboration with local management and central organizations Capability Building: • Building and maintaining central Lean Enterprise learning material while developing local building capabilities for achieving self-sustainability • Building, activating, and maintaining a world-wide engaged community of internal Lean Enterprise specialists through the building and delivery of upskilling (certification) trainings, the management of social communities, the organization of dedicated events and their participation to local start-up acceleration programs (open innovation) • Crafting, implementing, and maintaining a standardized Lean Enterprise maturity assessment system applicable to all functions and markets allowing a continuous measurements and improvement of new ways of working across markets and central functions We’re looking for someone with: • Minimum Masters level degree • Approved Design Thinking qualification is a plus • Experience in Early-stage startup(s) or in mentoring startup teams privately or for an accelerator program • Experience in working in a global corporate environment with different cultures and mentalities • Experience of building and developing a world-wide network of enablers to extend the reach of a program and build a sustainable movement • Experience and comfortable in presenting and influencing leadership and middle-management across markets and functions • Experience in dealing with ambiguity and in problem solving • Knowledge of: - Lean Startup or Agile development; - Design Thinking or User Experience; - Customer Discovery Interview Techniques; - Lean Startup Experiment design and execution; - Project-Based Organization - Business Model Generation; - Partner Management; - Retrospective facilitation; • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (post-pandemic) What we offer: Our success depends on men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
