We are currently looking for a new colleague to our distribution team who will further improve the distribution of PM CR products while utilizing new digital tools. He / she will review and coordinate logistics processes in tight cooperation with other PM CR departments as well as external partners and customers. Your main tasks will be the following: - Coordinate the logistics flows of finished goods (esp. RRP products) to the trade channels and execute and supervise reverse logistics processes; ensure all processes are in line with the Company strategies - Collaborate on complex and impactful cross-functional projects and on digital transformation (e.g. replenishment, inventory visibility systems…) - Drive the continuous improvement (e.g. optimization of logistics flows, automation of reporting, etc.) - Gather and analyze data (e.g. stock level, stock value, planning accuracy…); track reporting of KPIs - Relentlessly look for and explore any opportunities (e.g. service level provided, administrative automation, operational cost…) You should have/be/know: - Good organizational skills; see things from the perspective; attention to detail; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment - Open-minded with a positive approach and good collaboration skills - The ability to work independently and deliver on given goals; flexibility in a fast-changing environment - University degree in engineering, mathematics / data analytics, business administration, economics, computer sciences - Advanced English, native Czech/Slovak; active user of MS Office tools WHAT WE OFFER Our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, many learning opportunities and the possibility to express your potential through experimentation.
