An exciting opportunity has arisen in our CRM/Loyalty team! We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Loyalty/CRM) to help us in delivering our loyalty program (IQOS CLUB) for the CZ/SK/HU cluster. The ideal candidate will have proven CRM and loyalty experience working on building and managing a consumer related loyalty club/activities. This role will be responsible for implementing key loyalty projects and initiatives (including communication planning, content development, email campaigns and campaigns performance). WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? • Management of creative development of loyalty communications materials (e.g.: newsletters, website, content) • Management of IQOS Club content, campaigns, tier benefits • Propose and develop communications with IQOS club members (e.g. newsletters, SMS, wallet push notifications), logistics related process management (e.g. prizes, redemptions) • Platform functionalities development - projects/activation driven developments • Maintenance and optimization of the website, business requirement consolidation for future developments • Performance and campaigns reporting, reports and dashboard regular monitoring, website consumer insights generation, inputs into strategic decisions WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Experience in Loyalty Marketing (minimum 1 year) • Czech/Slovak language mandatory, advanced English • Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) • Experience of planning, executing, and delivering Loyalty/Marketing Campaigns • Experience with creating presentations to articulate projects overview and performance • Creative thinking alongside ability to challenge and do things differently • Flexible and collaborative, team first, proactive attitude WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? • Flexible working hours / home office possibility • 25 vacation days and 4 sick days • Meal tickets, 5 000 points in BenefitCafe, Multisport card • Summer/winter vacation contribution • Life & accident insurance, Pension plan with contribution (3rd pillar)
