Join our Digital department in Zagreb as a Digital Technology Specialist and you will be responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of digital systems and tools with focus on e -commerce. The position assumes responsibility for performance, optimization, and maintenance of digital channels & tools used on market. The role is critical in driving innovation across the Commercial organization, embedding a digital-first approach to serving consumers. We offer full time employment with permanent contract. Your ‘day to day’ As a Digital Technology Specialist you will: • Participate in projects, commercial programs and initiatives providing digital expertise - from idea generation to GTM (go-to-market), executing across digital channels. • Participate in the development and in-market deployment of e-commerce strategy, initiatives and systems. • Establish processes and nurture relations with all relevant e-commerce stakeholders, vendors and PMI teams etc. • Be responsible for e-commerce operations: manage SKUs, manage e-commerce stock, manage payments. • Define and execute reports on e-commerce KPI’s in an actionable format to the wider business to highlight performance and priority areas of focus. Leverage data as a key catalyst for evaluating improvement. • Support deployment and integration of global tools and systems; development of tools that will enable business and process optimization, while ensuring alignment within organization. Who we’re looking for • University business or technical degree • +3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in corporate setting • Experience with e-commerce systems, technologies, and processes, including CMS, Payments, Web Analytics, CRM integration and operations • Solid understanding and experience with digital performance data, reports and indicators • Good understanding of digital landscape and technology, basic understanding of content & design, basic understanding of digital CRM communication • Project experience, scrum & agile will be considered a plus • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript will be considered a plus • Ability to embrace complexity, ambiguity with ability to translate opportunities to experiment • Enjoys working in cross-functional and cross-market teams, highly collaborative and a great communicator • Proficient in spoken and written English and Croatian language What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
