Your “day to day” As part of the Commercial Operations team, the Associate Manager Capability will be responsible in managing and delivering development programs / roadmaps to stakeholders based on current / future business needs. This person has a deep understanding of digital learning tools and resources, and collaborates closely with internal / external subject matter professionals to design and deliver a variety of learning content, with the support of digital platforms. You will also be responsible to: • Manage blended capability building programs / roadmaps that compliment current and future business needs to evaluate operational/strategic development needs and identifying planned solutions around talent identification, skill gap analysis, blended learning design, content adaptation, development planning and coaching. • Adapt existing content, conducts and facilitates required and recommended training sessions and ensuring training quality by deploying knowledge checks, assessments, and retention techniques. • Review existing training content; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of consumers, the organization, or the industry. • Increase staff participation and involvement with capability building activities through engagement and training promotional activities. • Manage learning resources including the training budget to ensure optimize effectiveness of expenditure and return on investment. • Contribute to projects relating to capability building; Manage capability stream within projects; Manage and progress capability training / project tasks independently. • Deploy training effectiveness assessment and make enhancements based on effectiveness feedback. • Source, evaluate, engage and manage Third-Party Training / Capability Building Service Providers to ensure fit to purpose subject matter experts are selected to enhance capabilities for the organization. Who we are looking for • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Sales / Marketing field exposure within the FMCG industry and/or Strategic HR Experience (Talent Management / Development). • Experienced in managing / deploying Learning Management System (LMS) and any form of Digital Learning Applications / Content would be an added advantage. • Appreciation of digital solutions & digital learning applications. • Systematic and logical approach to problem solving and capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment. • Internal consulting and listening skills, and able to effectively balance operational execution with strategic perspectives. • A natural influencer with commercial understanding and ability to share information with wider business. • Demonstrate authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent facilitation skill. • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human resources or relevant field. Any specialized course or certification in the field of Learning & Development is an advantage.
