PMI Leaf Department is responsible for the procurement of the tobacco leaf materials required to manufacture our finished products. The Strategy and Program Delivery (S&PD) is the function in PMI Leaf that drives the definition and implementation of PMI Leaf strategy. For the S&PD team of our EU EEMA Leaf cluster based in Lisbon, Portugal we are therefore recruiting a Senior Project Lead Leaf. In this role, you will assist Management to define Regional Strategy to achieve global targets, analyze data to propose solutions and drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, and ensure governance of Regional Projects. You will participate to the preparation of the annual budget, buying strategies and of various reporting required to monitor the implementation of the Regional Leaf Strategy! You will: · Ensure all Regional projects are effectively carried out and managed using PBO methodology, oversee critical projects and ensure capturing documentation, setting KPIs and measuring progress · Devise a reporting mechanism and cadence to ensure frequent project and program updates to senior management · Prepare Annual Regional Budget in coordination with Regional Management and Finance, and support crafting numbers into a compelling presentation · Report Regional Leaf Price Performance through periodic updates and productivity calculations to ensure that target KPIs are properly monitored, and corrective actions are taken timely! · Elaborate scenarios to support preparation of Negotiation Strategies · Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all other Regional reporting · Support Regional Management on market intelligence analyses and other ad-hoc projects With a zero-loss mindset, continuously improve all activities and processes under the scope of responsibilities and share best practices with other Leaf Regions We’re looking for someone with: · Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent · Solid experience in Planning and/or Reporting · A strong analytical skill, accuracy and attention to details · Strategic mindset, ability to deal with ambiguity · Drive for results, collaboration, and communication skills Proficient in English Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (preferably) What we offer Our success depends on our amazing colleagues who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
