Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. Commercial Support Executive main goal is to support the Customer Development, Consumer Experience and Commercial Planning teams with main admin tasks related to contract administration, commercial database maintenance, training, systems and manpower agency administration, PO and invoice administration and basic commercial reporting. She / he can achieve this through: • Basic understanding of commercial concepts and company processes • Good understanding commercial and financial systems; i.e.: SAP, DTE and CIS systems • Solid customer service and detail orientation • Well organized and with good knowledge of record keeping practices • Resourceful, self-sufficient and independant The main accountabilities are: Systems & Data Base Admin CEX Systems • Support B2C team with user access administration to the DTE and CIS tools. • Create and deploy a local, tactical content plan to activate and engage the experts community leveraging on the DTE tool. • Support in any other administrative tasks related to B2C systems. Commercial Database Administration and Maintenance • Collection of COT, RSP, etc inputs • Conduct periodic health checks • Create reports for scenario analysis and modelling Agency & Training Admin Agency Administration • Document manpower agency contracts, issue POs and keep track of invoices and payments. • Support CEX with agency shift planning. • Support CEX with any other administrative tasks related to manpower agency management. Training Administration • Adapt (i.e.: translations, BU specific content) dedicated learning material (online & F2F) for experts. • Follow up online modules consumption and report knowledge levels to CEx Lead. • Coordinate participant lists for F2F trainings and report to Channel Development team. • Support in any other administrative tasks related to training of Experts and Multi Category Consultants. Reporting • Business highlights and other regular commercial reporting Who we’e looking for: · A Business Administration degree and at least 2 years of experience in commercial administration and back-office processes, covering the areas of: o Contract administration o Data base maintenance o Commercial reporting o Systems’ user access and basic content administration o Training materials translations · Systems administration, Customer Service, Documents processing & filing, Reporting. · Technologies and tools such as SAP, CIS, DTE, MS Office.
