We are looking for a Procurement Governance Manager / Executive to support Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Procurement team globally. The role will be based in our global Center of excellence in Madrid. Key tasks include but are not limited to: • Support development of the strategy for IM&S Procurement in collaboration with department’s leadership team and Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) team • Coordinate strategy deployment activities within IM&S Procurement • Manage performance delivery for IM&S department including KPIs reporting, and projects status tracking, action plans development and monitoring • Support definition and implementation of new ways of working among functional groups within IM&S department and across Procurement • Identify improvement opportunities; drive standardization and best practices sharing and implementation • Ensure efficient execution and adherence to core processes through data collection and analysis • Lead / participate in projects for productivity delivery, processes improvement, systems deployment, and others optimization initiatives We’re looking for someone with: • Essential Requirements: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Procurement and/or strategic planning function with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably FMCG or consulting firms - Knowledge of Procurement or Supply Chain / Operations processes - Strategic and conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills - High learning agility, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities - Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills - Excellent MS Office skills • Preferred Requirements: - Knowledge of various industries - Program / Project management experience - Experience in using and / or implementing digital solutions - Finance acumen Qualifications and education requirements: • Essential Requirements: - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Procurement / Supply Chain specialization, Engineering or similar. • Preferred Requirements: - Project Management qualification - Data and Analytics qualification What we offer: Our success depends on every colleague who comes to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
