The Digital function is responsible for creating experiences to motivate awareness, consideration, activation and loyalty; as well as the Digital Services required to enable these experiences. This team is helping to establish our modern communications vision, and lead the execution of new projects, capabilities and programs. Reporting to the Digital Leads Manager, the Paid Media Executive is responsible for day-to-day managing paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across the business. Additionally, the candidate is responsible for building and maintaining successful commercial relationships with our digital media partners, including agencies and publishers, acting as the first point of contact with partners, and working across various workstreams to align campaign strategies with overarching marketing goals. Your ‘day to day’ • develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch and reporting. Using available resources, the candidate will also define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs, providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, and analyzing project results against objectives to provide for future campaign action points. In addition to signing off on the media buys for various ad platforms, the candidate will oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media. • Bring Digital Paid media experience and expertise to the business as a digital media subject matter expert. Collaborate closely, effectively, and productively with teams throughout RRP for the success of commercial/ paid initiatives. Highlight and share best practices amongst relevant workstreams in the organization. Consistently scour for new opportunities to drive lead generation for paid, whether via new channels or platforms. • Develop a toolbox of paid media creative assets to produce coherent communications campaigns that are aesthetically consistent across numerous media platforms. Support the delivery of the art design work/projects from other workstreams, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders to set up a strong relationship in case of content creation. • Lead and manage external third party media agencies to deliver best quality services/performance & ensure timely delivery as per commitment. Review agency's deliverables both directly and through external audit media agency via quarterly business reviews/ similar forum cadence. • Manage the allocation and optimization of media budget across all media channels (channel mix) and regular control on spending to ensure full budget utilization & efficiencies. In conjunction with company’s internal and external legal advisors, ensure that all paid activities are done correctly within the context of current legislation and local regulations as well as PMI policies. Who we’re looking for: • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing/ digital paid media advertising preferred • Agency experience and an understanding of digital media planning and buying a plus; ideally worked in lead generation/ marketing landscape prior • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management, communication, and written skills • Ability to analyze and draw insights from large data sets • Ability to understand the target audience and plan campaigns accordingly • Ability to multitask and work within ambiguity • Ability to work and enhance our overall digital paid approach, in partnership with Digital Media Agencies What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
