Your ‘day to day’ Your daily responsibilities will include taking business requirements and translate into technical requirements. You will work closely with internal/external IT stakeholders to deliver the best-in class digital platforms to support business goal. This includes: • Work closely with your team to gain deeply understanding of our customer and digital platform architecture in order to bring in new solutions that can elevate the engagement rate of users in all trade channels • Coordinate with digital agencies and related parties to ensure the timeliness and quality of platform development and deployment • Execute the programs and maintain current digital platforms under General Trade, Wholesale, Key Accounts to meet their key activities • Coordinate and follow up on technical cases with stakeholders including platform team, customers, agencies and the issue requestors • Provide and able to train general knowledge regarding digital features to back-office team or requested parties • Consolidate data to create reports for both local and regional teams • Provide insights and technology updates to team via online researching and event participating Who we’re looking for • University Degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Business administration • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in product management or project management in Tech companies or in Digital functions of large corporate • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate, empathetic responses and solutions to complex problems • Experience in Salesforce Dot Com platform, LINE BCRM, website or mobile application management would be a plus • Knowledge of Java, C++, SQL, C#, and HTML experience SQL, Data Analysis is a plus • Excellent level of English and Thai (both written and spoken)
