We are looking for a Resource Lead who will be based in Karawang Plant. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Coordinate on daily basis with SIP resolution of production plan deviations according to DDS, mitigating over/underproduction and request plan changes following technical or quality issues • Validate from Manufacturing perspective the new plan before release, including highlighting potential plan optimization to SIP in accordance with defined framework (Plant Operating Strategy) • Optimize the schedules of Manufacturing resources such as available manning, calendars for maintenance, Trainings, Trials and Engineering and provide to SIP as input for planning. • Collect and maintain relevant performance parameters for all machines in factory impacting capacity of FG and Semis such as design speed and uptime projections. • Provide input to SIP for LRP volume forecasting and budgeting (OB): performance assumptions, working calendars and machine capabilities. Enable monthly performance review with SIP including action plan status and follow-up • Ensure full compliance with local legislation, company policies and practices and the IMS. • Adhere to all Quality, Sustainability rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation. • Support OPEN+ implementation according to functional skills and area of responsibility WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor or Master degree or Technical High School • min 5 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (preferably SC Planning) • Fluent in English and local language • Understanding of manufacturing & support processes (maintenance, engineering, training, trials, manning plans). Trained in OPEN+ • Solid reporting knowledge of uptime calculation, downtime classification and capacity calculation. • Experienced in production planning to understand main customer. • Experienced in manufacturing systems; Solid knowledge in production scheduling systems.
