PMI’s shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning. Your ‘day to day’ As TMM Specialist you will be part of our Manufacturing Department at Triaga Inc., a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, and will be reporting to the Manager Supply Chain. The position will be based in Wilson, NC. Your Responsibilities: • Ensure inventory levels by analyzing and managing inventory according to best practices and company policies, at the same time ensuring materials and SP availability for production needs and acceptable service level. Ensure data accuracy in order to optimize process for stock replenishment • Analyze, verify and evaluate data related to TM stock management in order to propose and implement actions related to stock holding cost reduction and customer needs satisfaction. • Ensure an efficient partnership with regional functions and PMI affiliates for all TMM related topics. • Ensure cooperation with IM&S Procurement function in supporting exploration for new and optimized supply opportunities. • Monitor, analyze and provide data on regular basis on non-moving TM/SP to respective Asset Management team. • Provide on a regular basis financial data to Finance representative in order to address deviations and act on technical material provisioning. • Ensure that logistics service provider's employees have been trained regarding the P&P of safety and security rules • Ensure that EHS is integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures is strictly maintained. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields • 2-3 years of experience in Operations/Logistics/WH management functions. • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
