Your ‘day to day’: As Quality CoE Lead/Manager Planning & Governance you will be part of CoE Quality Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna and will be reporting to the Head of Quality COE RRP. The position will be based in Bologna, Italy. Specific responsibilities include: • Lead the definition of the Q-OPS OGSM, define an effective communication plan to ensure its successful implementation. Cascade strategy and objectives into measurable metrics at Q-OPS level while ensuring buy-in, alignment and consistency amongst the affiliates and key stakeholders to meet business goals. • Develop plans, organize and prioritizes Q-OPS activities to direct the organization to achieve its priorities and fulfill its business plans. • Manage business calendar milestones (OB/RF etc..), govern PDCA process, prepare KPIs glidepath and follow up according to set deadlines • Ensure OB/LRP and RF budgeting planning cycles and requirements are met in close cooperation with local affiliates and Finance functions. Liaise with Finance and other key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Establish and manage Q-OPS budget (Department and Projects) in line with OGSM strategy; Control & monitor Projects financials to adhere to budget and PMI Finance forecasts. • Define governance for Quality cost guideline creation and improvement opportunities identification, manage productivity pipeline, create and maintain OPP@ PLM, report financial status and any significant deviations on time • Develop and deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal communications and employee engagement activities aligned with Q-OPS strategy. Bear full accountability for the deployment of Q-OPS communication strategy to support business goals, including workshops, events, etc. and lead main QOPS RRP Masterplan Morale activities Requirements & Skills: • University Degree in Engineering, Business, Science or equivalent • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or similar functions, with robust know-how and experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives • Ability to leverage on a wide and effective professional network, both internally and externally • Strong analytical and project management skills • Ability to deal effectively with internal stakeholders in a constructive, inclusive and sustainable way, managing conflicts effectively • Previous RRP quality exposure an asset • Knowledge of OPEN+ an advantage • Business acumen, financial understanding; ability to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams; Demonstrates a high degree of results orientation; drive, enthusiasm and commitment towards achieving results / fulfilling objectives; ability to work under pressure / strict deadlines.
