The Role - Lead Supply Chain related distribution coordination with business partners while ensuring smooth and cost effective service to internal and external customers - Lead downstream Supply Chain related projects utilizing effective communication and solid local business understanding and implement best in class process to further optimize product supply in market place - Drive the productivity and enhancement for onshore supply chain processes working with internal and external customers ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Accountability 1 Lead coordination of product supply to retailers based on marketing strategy and ensure timely product availability working with internal / external stakeholders. Accountability 2 Manage and facilitate product change in pipeline and implement cost efficient supply scheme working with distributor and wholesaler to meet company objectives   Accountability 3 Develop strategy related to supply chain activities and implemented the best-in-class process while strengthen business partnership with 3rd parties Accountability 4 Monitor Supply Chain Processes / Cost vs. KPI's to ensure continuous improvements locally and ensure year on year productivity pipeline. Accountability 5 Motivate and develop individual team member and further enhance team capabilities QUALIFICATIONS University degree or above, preferably in business discipline Broad experience in supply chain management and logistics area with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in supervisor role. Japanese: First language English: Fluent  PC skills: word/excel/PowerPoint/power BI Competencies: Drive for results, Developing direct reports, Motivating others, influencing, Priority setting, Organizational agility.
