Ultimately, by delivering our smoke-free future, your work could change the lives of a billion smokers. Your ‘day to day’ You will be employed in Hong Kong under Philip Morris Asia Limited (PMAL). PMAL operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. You will support the Smoke-Free Products at electronic Product Development Center (ePDC). You will: • Act as SPOC quality representative to build and develop Quality relationships with partners and govern global suppliers Quality Management processes. • Ensures Quality requirements between PMI and Partners are properly defined and agreed. • Ensure the company has an effective framework for crafting and maintaining business partnerships. • Define & build QMS processes between PMI & Partners to ensure compliance to internal & external requirements. Establish a relationship environment of mutual accountability for development, performance and risk management • Govern global Supplier & Partners Qualifications process by establishing, reviewing and maintaining all Supplier Quality related documents and records (i.e. SOP, WKI, Guidelines) to ensure their integration in QMS • Establish and govern Supplier Quality monitoring process & tools by ensuring Compliance and Sustainability whilst deploying tools across organization through effective awareness & training • Lead end-to-end partnership evaluation, qualification and monitoring activities according to the applicable QMS documents, ensuring alignment with PMI Strategy and Business Needs • Contribute to establishing, reviewing and maintaining all Partnership Quality related documents and records (i.e. SOP, WKI, Guidelines) to ensure their integration in QMS • Develop and maintain a sustainable partnership fostering global continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve Partnership Quality Performance by Co - creating future Quality agreements and plans to ensure relationship develops and matures whilst setting clear boundaries for accountabilities • Ensure change requests issued by Partnerships are assessed and documented. • Coordinate Technical Assessments including Audits in order to substantiate the competence of Partnerships meet PMI Quality Requirements Monitor and re-evaluate Partnership performance to ensure PMI Quality requirements are permanently respected • Facilitate the continuous improvement of Partnership Quality Management related processes and ensure its integration in the QMS. • Take proactive steps to minimize PMI business risks. Ensure adherence to PMI standards and regulatory compliance policies. • Develop systems and procedures in support of the identification, engagement and development of strategic partnerships. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, specialization in Quality Management a plus • 5-10 years working experience in Quality and Engineering field • Experience in a GxP environment in the pharmaceutical, high volume electronics or consumer goods industry • Knowledge & experience in electronics standards, Med Devices is an advantage (i.e. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR, …) • Sound expertise with international Quality standards and their core processes. Proficient knowledge in the ISO 1000x series of standards is an advantage. • Good knowledge in IT systems, infrastructure environment and tools • Highly collaborative, integrator, strong communicator and influencer holding very good business awareness • Creativity and fact based analytical skills. • Technical writing skills, ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner • Good problem analysis and problem solving with quality tools • Able to work in a multifaceted organization and fast-paced environment • Proficient in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
