We are looking for a RTT (Run to Target) Deployment Coach in MEA region who will work in Izmir and be responsible for capability building on RTT and deployment of RTT methodology in the PMI Regional Planning Hubs in scope through training & coaching of Planning Team and responsible for supporting MEA RPH team through accomplishment of all tasks and frequent health check assessment to meet exit criteria of the different RTT phases. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: •Train and coach DMS (daily management system) Owners and key DMS process executors and Business Service Provider (if applicable) in Daily Direction Setting (Daily, Shift, Weekly), Work Process Compliance, Standard work process for relevant HPN, Productivity Continuous Improvement, Resource Planning, Incident Elimination, Product Handling, Inventory Management, Capacity Management DMS’s •Train and coach Planning leads, managers, DMS Owners, Process owners, Planners and BSP for relevant HPNs •Support design of process and organizational changes to enabled RTT 1-2-3 deployment and deployment of relevant planning process according to SNO standards documented in Planning deployment playbook •Support cooperation of internal and external teams in deployment and its daily routines •Support deployment of IT tool changes •Develop monitoring and reporting mechanism This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: •Hold a university degree, Engineering and Management is a plus •Have at least 5 years of experience within different areas of Supply Chain or Manufacturing •Loss elimination experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing is a plus •OPEN+, SNO experience or similar working principle to synchronize execution of SC processes is a plus •Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Eager to learn new skills and be champion of his / her ideas •Activating people for new ideas and new way of doing •Strong interpersonal collaboration skills at appropriate levels of the organization and seeks input from broader team •Ability to present to small & large groups and clearly communicate messaging •High level of personal responsibility and accountability for results •Have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think and drive change At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety is our top priority.
