Purpose: This position is accountable for leading multiple Commercial Systems initiatives to improve Commercial Operations and experience based on digital innovation. To drive Commercial Systems initiatives, this position requires both IT and operation knowledge of contact center, retail store, logistics, sales and project lead experience and analytical skills. Also, be required to take deep dive to data and evaluate existing operation processes and system design to find new improvement opportunities. Align and execute the deployment plan to ensure the readiness of commercial systems for the Program and Channel initiatives to operate, meeting requirement of the programs, delivering on-time and achieving high quality and usability. Accountability: • Project Management - Align with respective stakeholders from Marketing, CE, CP, CP Ops, RGPM,IT the requirements of the Program/Initiatives, propose the effective and efficient way to deliver the outcome. •Plan and deliver to improve commercial operation process & consumer journey - Transform and provide higher level of standardization to commercial operation processes and consumer journey for maximizing cost efficiency and consumer satisfaction through digital solution installing / enhancement. • UAT - Ensuring to manage UATs occur to increase the effectiveness of tool, prevent down-time and ensuring usability and capturing data required. • Understanding Global system strategy such as DCE and REEV, and accurate implementation by understanding both system design/concept and Commercial operation. • Capability to conduct data deep diving and to evaluate existing operation process and system design in order to find/define new improvement opportunities. • Analyze consumer journey and experience. Deep dive consumer, operation, system data, and find opportunities to improve consumer journey and operation efficiency." Requirement (Education and Language) *mandatory: • Bachelor's Degree • Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation) • English- Advanced (written, verbal) Requirement (Work Experience): Mandatory • Ability to adapt fast-pace and agile environment • Proactive and positive attitude to tackle and solve challenges with collaboration of others • IT project experience Preferred • Commercial System Experience • Project management skill and experience • Multiple projects handling capability • Requirement definition analysis & system design & development skills • Vender management experience • CRM / operation improvement planning experience is plus Requirement (Functional Competencies): • A business side project leader who is familiar with IT or an engineer who is keen to improve business is the ideal candidate profile • Logical thinking and ability to simplify system/process flow. • IT related knowledge - Telephony, Web, UI / UX, CRM, AI - • One of Operation / Logistics / Contact center / Retail / Sales related system or business experience is mandatory
