PMI’s shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture, and in our supply chain planning. We are looking for our next highly committed, driven, and enthusiastic Warehouse Executive who will administer finished goods warehouse and merchandising warehouse compliance whit standards of PMI. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensuring that the rotation of materials is done considering the FEFO (First Expired First Out) system. • Calculate and monitor the KPIs (Key performance Indicator) of the department of Costumer Service. • Administration of the budget assigned to the distribution center. • Take physical per SKU'S shots of the warehouses that are in the Distribution Center, in such a way as to ensure the veracity of the theoretical quantities registered in SAP. • Perform cyclical counts in the trade marketing warehouse, which ensures the accuracy and precision of the inventory of each of the materials that are stored vs SAP. • Implement improvements in terms of storage and systems. • Raise any concerns, follow-up on action plans. Handle multiple product categories. • Daily physical stock count and tracking of stock movements (new shipments, replenishments, sales). • Monitor & clear communication of days of stock. • Daily physical replenishment to routes (sales routes, shop(s)). • Interface daily replenishment between System, SAP and handheld sales devices. • Shipment Volume Forecast alignment with Sales Operation and Finance. • Monthly SOX controls: execution and tracking. • Follow-up with Foreign Trade department as well as Local Broker to assure swift processing of incoming shipments (from port to warehouse). • Goods receipt of merchandising and product shipments in SAP. • Perform Month end closing of Inventory: SAP adjustments to match with physical count and extensive back-up explanation. • Capacity calculation and monitoring (communication and alignment with Sales Operations). • Creation of Folios and follow-up (procurement requests). • Assist in Yearly Audit including year-end count with auditors. Who we’re looking for • Advanced knowledge in Excel • Advanced knowledge in SAP • Forklift license • Knowledge in system of sales • Knowledge in Warehouse Management System. • Languages: Fluent English and native Papiamentu. Dutch and/or Spanish are a plus • 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Management and/ administrative assistance areas • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and standard methodologies • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Service Orientation & standing alone abilities • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration (preferred) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
