RBH Inc. is looking for a Commercial Data Solutions Analyst to support initiatives of the Commercial Area through reporting, tools, and systems, by ensuring the data requirements that enable business processes are met, keeping its value protected and maintained. The role will be responsible for gathering of business needs from the commercial area for new data requests and/or change-enhancements to existing tools and translate requests into a workable solution to be developed in collaboration with IT Resources and various stakeholders. YOUR DAY TO DAY • Collaborate with IT Team and other stakeholders to ensure proper processes, solutions and tools are in place to enable timely, complete and accurate data for the business • Gather and document business requirements to support commercial data and reporting needs in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, both internally and externally • Provide input to data movement strategies, requirements and recommendations across multiple systems • Support reporting/data development, testing, deployment and change management activities • Support business customers for development of PowerBI reports and dashboards, as well as downstream data dependencies and large data mining needs YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE • 2+ years of experience working in Data Management, Analytics, Business Systems Stewardship • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar • Strong understanding of Power BI, SQL as well as database management, some knowledge of SAP, Master Data Systems, etc. • Knowledge of retail sales and consumer packaged goods industry • Proven ability of using analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment • Ability to balance and prioritize numerous tasks within a collaborative team environment • Ability to work independently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills WHAT WE OFFER We offer the opportunity to join an organization where you can grow in a wide range of business functions.
