In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. Your ‘day to day’ • Performance & Talent Management: with a special focus on building strong & sustainable talent pipeline and fast-tracking talent progression • Leadership Development: with a special focus on providing leaders with adaptive leadership capabilities • Learning: with a special focus on digital solutions • Organization effectiveness & design: with a special focus on designing/transitioning structures to support our Transformation; change management across all such initiatives • New ways of working: with a special focus on building new capabilities & mindsets, and operating framework across the organization for a ‘’project based organization’’, which is a pre-requisite of our Internal Transformation • Inclusion & Diversity: with a special focus on integrating I&D in all programs and initiatives across the HR portfolio Qualifications • Challenging the status quo, bringing novel, progressive and contemporary thinking and proposals • A strategic, helicopter-view perspective on the design of all programs & initiatives so that they complement and build on each other in support of our business imperatives • A practical and pragmatic execution, which triggers the need to simplify rather than complexify • Digital at the core of all programs, transcending the format (i.e. digital platforms) but ingrained into the very mindset of the organization • Data driven proposals and decisions, supported by strong insighting and listening tools. • Solid HR expertise of 5-8 years in Organization Development and Business Partnering What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
