We are looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst who will work in Istanbul and who will enable decision makers to act on relevant, timely and actionable insight and information about the consumer and the marketplace through designing and implementing relevant research projects. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: -Design and implement research studies with the most appropriate methodology and come up with relevant and actionable recommendations -Provide deep understanding of consumers’ behaviours, attitudes, values and aspirations -Provide holistic additional analyses by considering all relevant data from various research studies to improve consumer & market understanding -Generate and contextualize consumer & market insights and translate those into actionable business strategies and relevant innovation ideas for PMI consumers -Drive portfolio developments & enhancements by identifying & capitalizing on consumer, market, and societal trends and identifying long-term opportunities -Keep abreast of the latest innovations in market research to ensure the most relevant and advanced methodologies are used to facilitate the collection of actionable consumer and brand knowledge -Actively seek out concept and project knowledge, learnings, and best practices from other markets This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree • Have at least 5 years of experience in market research • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail • Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner • Have advanced analytical skills, knowledge of statistical analysis techniques or business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI) is a plus At Philip Morris International, employee health and safety is our top priority.
