The eCommerce supervisor will be responsible for site operations, online marketing, merchandise assortment, merchandising, promotions and brand maintenance. This position will collaborate closely with, digital, communication, Operations and other areas of the company to execute existing and develop new Marketplace initiatives, owned commerce and opportunities designed to meet and exceed the needs of the customer and the eCommerce revenue goals. The candidate will provide day-to-day management of the site and collaborate on strategic leadership and guidance of eCommerce strategies. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance • Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations. • Track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency across all online channels. • Work with third-party logistics providers to effectively manage KPIs including stock turnover, rotation, loss etc • Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed. • Ensure the site is well promoted according to company directives and standards • Liaise and collaborate with other stakeholders within the organization to lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns. Seek internal approvals and then ensure smooth execution. Meet KPIs, analyze results, report on key metrics and optimize future programs based on data driven learnings. • Analyze overall Digital analytics related to online channels, campaign performance, and report on results to make insight-led recommendations to deliver continuous improvement. • Manage external payment and fulfillment partners • Work closely with IT team to ensure a proper execution of new developments and enhancements of existing and new features and interfaces • Provide on-going strategic insights and recommendations of new marketplaces channels with growth plans. • Reporting weekly sales report to management • Oversee the development of customer relationships through marketplace Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required • Experience with online marketplaces (marketplace, agency or brand /client side). • An understanding of the online retail market. • Self-starter, motivated to propose new ideas and see them through • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, able to make timely decisions • A data-focused mentality and familiarity with analytics platforms and with a track record of distilling actionable insights from data.
