We are looking for a Financial Accounting Analyst who will be a member of our Financial Accounting team in İzmir. Specifically, you will: •Coordinate timely recording of supplier invoices in accordance with USGAAP and STATUTORY principles and ensure supplier payments are made accurately and on time. •Prepare accurate and reliable financial analyses and reports, which meet established standards and the management reporting requirements. •Work side by side with our stakeholders to provide support and advice on financial accounting processes. •Take ownership of the development and implementation of digital financial solutions to business needs and improvements to processes. •Perform mid-year and year-end reconciliations with suppliers to ensure our ledgers are accurate. •Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance. •Perform month end and year-end closing activities. This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. •Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Management) •Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies. •Basic knowledge of Turkish tax regulations and accounting rules •Excellent command of MS Office applications. SAP experience is an asset •Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish •Strong analytical thinking capability and learning skills, being capable of effectively handling multiple priorities with a high level of customer focus •Ability to work and interact with people at all levels in the organization.
