Come and join us! Your ‘day to day’ As a Facilities Engineer@Tabaqueira you will be responsible for the maintenance and efficiency of the facilities equipment’s. The facilities engineer will be part of an IFMS Engineers team that are integrated on Engineer Department, where the responsibility is guaranty the utilities for the factory without impact them, maintain all infrastructures, and perform productivity and sustainability projects. You will be responsible for: • In collaboration with the contractor’s optimize maintenance plan, reducing corrective maintenance and improving cost ratio • Perform revisions and optimizations of preventive maintenance specifications • Increase the reliability of the utilities equipment’s, decreasing the downtime and the number of redundancy equipment’s • Ensure the best efficiency of utilities equipment’s in order to reduce energy consumption providing solutions for efficient equipment operation and process optimization based on established requirements, environmental impact and cost savings • Support other functions on Energy initiatives implementation • BMS (Building Management System) control and maintenance support for the service provider (programing works through 3rd party contractors). Organize activities related but not limited to BMS system maintenance, repair, adjustments and tests. Reports creation according to customer needs. • Asset management responsibility • Prepare regular utilities budget forecasts, reports and action plans. Plan utilities budget according to production plans, projects impacts and consumer requirements • Demonstrate good collaboration and leadership skills while working with other departments and external service providers of FM services. Who we’re looking for • Demonstrated ability as a facilities engineer with minimum experience 3 years • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar, preferably • Maintenance management, Energy efficiency and Continuous improvement validated previous experience; • HVAC, Steam, Boiler, Compressed air and Vacuum network knowledge; • Knowledge in automation and control, centralized technical management and in energy production, transformation and distribution systems; • Fluent in Portuguese, and excellent knowledge in English • Excellent communication skills and teammate attitude.
