As a member of the Global Mobility (GM) Advisory & Assignment Management leadership team, the GM Advisor and Assignment Manager will be responsible for operations and service delivery for the region. Your ‘day to day’ • As a member of the GM Advisory & Assignment Management leadership team, work closely with the GM Advisory & Assignment Management Director • Lead customer facing GM Advisors and delivery of global mobility service to P&C Heads and assignees • Optimize partnership with key stakeholders by providing proactive GM consultancy to guide decisions on who and how to mobilize talent • Advise P&C and the business on application and interpretation of Global Mobility policies, cross border compliance and offering solutions • Single Point of Contact (Contact) in the region for P&C Head • Partner with key stakeholders in the region in landing of specific projects, simplification ideas and process improvement • Implement GM strategy and governance framework to enhance employee experience • Partner with Global Mobility vendors in the region to drive continuous improvement and find cost savings opportunities • Escalation point for resolution and clarification of end-to-end GM service delivery issues within the region • Manage and develop a team of GM Advisors and Assignment Managers Who we’re looking for • an experienced professional with a good understanding of Global Mobility and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in service delivery/operations • a leader with an excellent track record of people management, who creates a work atmosphere based on trust and cohesive team effort; Preferable 3+ years of managerial experience • a person with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems and pursue opportunities that support service delivery requirements • a collaborator with strong interpersonal skills to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds as well as internal and external stakeholders at different levels • a professional with a continuous improvement mindset, pro-active in problem solving, able to balance a variety of tasks and priorities • a fluent English speaker with good communication and presentation skills • will have 3-4 direct reports with responsibility for end-to-end service delivery for countries in the region • Experienced mobility professional located on site with remote managerial responsibilities What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
