Our work spans the globe and includes audit, treasury, internal control and commercial financial support. Your ‘day to day’ Fleet Administrator is responsible for the LTO registration of the vehicles and coordinates with vendors in ensuring all vehicles are registered. Other tasks of the Fleet Administrator are as follows: • Responsible for the LTO registration of company vehicles. • Coordinates with vendor on the collection of registration documents and ensuring all company vehicles are registered on a time. • In charge of toll ways RFID accounts for certain company vehicles. • Coordinates with vendor on the installation of RFID and ensures sufficiency of the account’s load balance. • Handles the shuttle services for employees working in Plants and several Sales Offices. • Ensures that the ingress and egress shuttle service schedule of employee passengers are followed. • Prepares the shuttle service SCAR report, if any. • Responsible for the driving assessment and registration of new applicant drivers. • Checks the accomplished written driving exam and evaluates the practical driving exam if driving assess is done internally. • Coordinates to vendor and schedule the new applicant driver for driving assessment if to be done externally. Who we’re looking for • College or University graduate. • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, excel and PowerPoint. • In-depth knowledge on LTO motorized vehicle registration. • Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. • Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license. • Knowledgeable on how a motor vehicle operates and can-do simple troubleshooting of vehicle. • Willing to travel to conduct site visits in multiple Sales Offices and PMFTC sites nationwide.
