Your ‘day to day’ We are looking for a Financial Planner to contribute to Finance & Accounting team in the following activities: Active participant in the preparation of the South Cluster markets financial projections ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Contribute to Sr. Management decision making process by providing clear, effective and proactive information and guidance on the overall financial performance of the South Cluster. Key responsibilities: · Analyse and challenge the forecast prepared by central teams for each market, identifying potential issues or opportunities; · Provide proactive feedback to the Management, by performing monthly analysis vs. targets in order to identify business drivers behind deviations; · Develop and manage financial models based on different assumptions in order to provide quick response to a rapidly changing environment. · Ensure the quality and timely submission of reports to PMI and the region; · Contribute to the preparation of Ad-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests; · Participate and/or lead projects to optimize resource utilization in each market, becoming a trustful financial advisor. Who we’re looking for - CPA, Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent experience. -2+ years´ experience in similar positions in multinational companies. -Ability to communicate (written and verbal) fluently in Spanish and English. -Excel and PowerPoint tools (advance level) -Management SAP (intermediate) -Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies. -Experience gathering and analysing data to effect meaningful changes. Fast learner, proactive to ---identify gaps in finance processes, and offer ideas for continues improvement.
