Development / adaptation of communication for the touchpoint, • Recommendation of strategy & plans for partner apps, taking into consideration the cross-category brand & portfolio plans, consumer pain points, business needs & opportunities. Development / adaptation of communication for the above touchpoint, • Recommendation of changes within communication, consumer conversion & processes of lead generation Websites, other than e-commerce, • Analytics & reporting of efficiency of all run campaigns, Websites (including A/B testing) and recommendations of optimilizations & amendments, • Seeking new opportunities within 3rd party databases CRM for RRP brands, • Close & ongoing cooperation with Agencies, Global Digital Hub, other departments in the organization (Digital team, CX team, Brand Marketing & Portfolio, Commercial Planning, CRM, E-commerce, Legal & Corporate), • Ongoing identification of market trends within given responsibility of online communication.
