Your ‘day to day Your responsibilities will include supporting the Distribution Department coordinating Distribution, Sales and DC related concerns, issues and projects. You will provide meaningful insight in the day-to-day operations of the regional DCs and resolve Regional Store Level Concerns over DSD with Sales and 3PL. As a Distribution executive, you will be accountable for: • Ensuring all customer orders are scheduled and allocated for on-time delivery via Hubs or spokes, through monitoring the daily 3PL report as well as adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements for around 8,000 deliveries per week • Troubleshoot delivery issues as they arise such no show or credit issues and act as the first point of contact between Regional Sales and the Regional DC for issues or concerns. • Ensure that customer service targets and goals are successfully met, monitor, track and resolve issues related to customers’ deliveries to meet delivery KPI targets • Scheduling and routing of orders and any changes required due to holidays schedules, driver absenteeism, and workforce planning of all deliveries. • Main point of contact for All Distribution related issues for Finance, IT, Commercial, IC, Taxation Who we’re looking for? You have a University degree in Business or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in sales, previous CPG experience, advanced knowledge of office suite including Excel and Power Point.
