Your ‘day to day’ This role will lead the email marketing and SMS channels, responsible from strategy, planning, implementation, analysis to optimization of emails and SMS texts deployed for the Andean Cluster on a B2C approach. The person will also be responsible in building and executing marketing CRM/retention strategies and campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams within the Cluster/Region. ∙ Lead Digital Platform, strategy and execution plan for total Andean Cluster brands deploying an effectively connect plan to target consumers through full funnel from awareness to conversion. With our digital hub, you will create smart communication flows, taking the consumer journey in mind. ∙ You will continuously monitor the effectiveness of your campaigns, to be able to strengthen them. Manage all phases including planning, deployment, analytics and optimization. Leverage heat-mapping and other performance-based tools to analyze email performance and optimize future campaigns. ∙ Lead email marketing and SMS marketing segmentation throughout the customer lifecycle and serve as an internal subject matter expert in specified customer segment(s). Identify opportunities with key segments, develop and present A/B tests to scale revenue and KPIs. To develop with Data Strategy team. • Support integration and on-going targeting of CRM lists in paid media channels. • Support customer database analysis, including RFM modeling, cohort analysis, lifetime value analysis and product performance by customer segment. Identify email marketing tactics and levers by segment. • Lead all monthly CRM analytics and KPIS by customer segment and activity. Identify trends and opportunities by segment to be sahres with Content/ Adq and Ret managers. Among others Who we’re looking for ∙ Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience managing the email marketing and/or CRM channel ideally with an email marketing/CRM agency or brand. ∙ Strong analytical skills, with experience creating RFM models and cohort analysis. ∙ Experience with one or more of the advanced email marketing platforms [Adobe Campaign, BlueCore, SalesForce Marketing Cloud]. ∙ Advanced excel skills, including pivot tables, v-look, etc & ability to synthesize data recommend actionable tactics based on trends. ∙ Proven track record of driving performance and scaling revenue through the email channel. ∙ Fluency is key email marketing and e-commerce analytical tools include Google Analytics or Adobe Campaign ∙ English: Advanced (both - written and spoken)- ∙ Microsoft Office (Advanced) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
