Reporting to the Head Digital Loyalty & CRM, CRM Activation Executive is responsible for CRM content and creative, channel and consumer experience planning, implementation and optimization. Understanding the target audiences and approach to ensure loyalty - deepening IQOS conversion, driving advocacy, higher NPS and encouraging tactical referral through 14 days trials. Using a combination of CRM channels, bringing targeted & personalized communications. YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ • Plan, develop, manage and deliver the digital loyalty & CRM activation for consumer 1:1 direct communication • Manager corporate CRM calendar with control # of messages / uses of CRM channels to keep healthy level of consumer communication • Plan, develop test, deploy, measure / report and optimize our CRM activation • Leverage expertise in consumer program teams, digital experience/eCommerce team & IT for consumer one-to-one engagement • Display and utilize strong understanding of importance of consumer experience, CRM strategy, CRM segmentation, personalization, content, channel and A/B testing. • Develop and optimize for CRM contents/Channel for high engagement by constantly reviewing and analyzing of key CRM KPIs (e.g traffic & CRM to purchase) working with with relevant teams • Plan and deliver always on enhancement and optimization across all our CRM channels • Create clear and structured deliverables to clearly communicate meaningful insights to a non-technical audience • Drive tracking reports, analyze performances and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, digital, computer science or IT • Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in digital & CRM for B2C busines, preferably working in consumer goods/retail • A proven background managing digital CRM programs and platforms in earned digital media channels / content / loyalty & retention / advocacy & referral - gained within an agency or client side. • Have consumer first mindset and focus on understanding target/personalized CRM activation to create commercial impact via on-going CRM activation & optimization • Knowledge of eCRM tools (e.g. Sales Force Marketing cloud, Adobe campaign) & understanding of CRM channels (Kakao, LMS/SMS & eDM) is vital. • Advanced knowledge of standard and current digital communication practices, strong expertise in A/B and other testing methods • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data, Knowledge of Loyalty programs including Sales Force Marketing Cloud • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)with analytical mindset with numerical aptitude • Business level English is mandatory both verbal & written communication • Technical understanding for consumer data platforms and ecosystems would be plus • Proficiency in SQL & Power BI would be plus WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
