The Talent Acquisition Executive for our Nordics region plays a pivotal role in our success, ensuring that we attract, engage and hire the very best people to drive our vision. THE ROLE Attracting, sourcing and hiring the right talent for PMI is one of our top goals. The role of Talent Acquisition Executive owns the whole candidate cycle, from attraction, engagement, assessment and onboarding. You’ll have the opportunity to: • Own the full life recruitment cycle across our Nordic markets (Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark) • Act as the trusted advisor for Talent Acquisition to a diverse range of hiring managers • Collaborate closely with our HR Managers, HR Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for the UK & Nordics to drive an engaging and inclusive candidate experience • Increase Employer Brand awareness in the Nordics by creating and execute Employer Brand activities • Be responsible for the Induction and Onboarding program for new hires in the Nordics • Create and implement new and innovative ways to attract, assess and hire an incredibly diverse range of talent Working hand in hand with our TA Operations team and our Centres of Expertise including Employer Brand, Talent Assessment and Talent Sourcing you’ll have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business. WHAT YOU BRING You’ll be an experienced recruiter who loves filling roles and delivering a great candidate experience. You’ll be passionate about people, getting to know what motivates them, and be an expert in assessing their skills and capabilities. You’ll have worked in a fast paced and agile business previously and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, having worked in partnership with hiring managers of all levels in previous roles. You’ll have experience of working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate reporting and delivering a seamless recruitment process. Ideally you’ll have made use of psychometric testing and assessment tools including video interviewing. Full professional proficiency in English and one Nordic language is important for this role.
