In this role you will own, lead and manage the overall market demand planning process, ensuring timely availability and accuracy of the plans based on a statistical baseline and market intelligence collected from the various key stakeholders in the market (Finance, BDP, Commercial etc) Moreover you will assist and support the manager S&OP in preparation and facilitation of market S&OP, identifying main drivers, opportunities and risks while ensuring the outcome is seamlessly integrated into the subsequent supply chain planning processes. Your ‘day to day’ o Drive the demand planning process for the market to meet and beat forecast accuracy objectives by coordinating the generation and maintenance of an 18 months rolling forecast following a precise planning drumbeat, ensuring efficient management of phase-in phase-out in terms of cash, cost and service o You will ensure identification of demand plan variations and exceptions; and you will manage business issues, their resolutions and follow up, identifying forecast risks and opportunities. o Ensure that new product introductions are timely reflected into the demand plans by collaborating with the Global Category Team and Customer Service o Use & maintain the Digital Planning solution and master data to guarantee the efficiency of the process through automation, including LOGD process management and reporting o Assist and support the manager S&OP in preparation and facilitation of market S&OP, identifying main drivers, opportunities and risks while ensuring the outcome is seamlessly integrated into the subsequent supply chain planning processes. o Drive Demand Planning process excellence, improve the forecasting process and tools by collecting business requirements, and ensure adherence/implementation of global standards and reporting requirements o Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory and service level target on existing and new products. Who we’re looking for • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields • At least 4 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industries. • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus) • Analytical, Highly numeric and system based approach. • Advanced excel and database skills (Power BI user) • Good leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives • Good knowledge of English and Italian. What’s ‘nice to have’ • APICS certification and/or certification in Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus • Experience in IBP process is a plus • Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies • Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines. • Computer skills: Word, Power Point. • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
