Your 'day to day' As an Engineer - CC Quality Analytics you will implement novel techniques, enabling the enriching & optimization of PMI ecosystems' quality performance analysis. More specifically, you'll • Own the efficiency of monitoring, analyzing, investigating and reporting on assigned scope • Identify, evaluate, develop, implement and maintain novel approaches enabling automation of analysis & reporting (including but not limited to signal detection) of PMI ecosystems' in-market quality performance and drivers thereof • Recommend on further integration of processes and/or data which can enrich monitoring, analysis, investigations and reporting thereof • Conduct knowledge transfer to the Analysis team to ensure efficient use of novel approaches • Maintain the knowledge of each data layers used to ensure the integrity of the monitoring, analysis and investigation outcome Who we're looking for • Demonstrated ability in tobacco industry would be a strong plus • Proven experience in Business Intelligence/Data Science • Programming & related methodology expertise (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) • Exposure to International environment • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze & interpret heterogeneous and sophisticated data • Great attention to detail and natural willingness to challenge the status quo • Able to distill sophisticated analysis work into high-credibility outcome and useful conclusions • Ability to balance priorities, time frames and stress • Great teammate and lifelong learner with an autonomous mindset • Curious with an appetite for knowledge, bringing new perspectives to existing processes/practices • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken What we offer Our success depends on the people of all genders who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
